At age of 16 Joe's first car was a 1931 Ford Model A.  Over 6 years the car evolved from a bone stock "A" to a full on HOT ROD, with a hopped up 283 engine that would pull the front wheels off the ground.  Joe had his "A" in the Winter nationals, being invited to participate in such a prestigious  event was quite a thrill.

Donald did a ground up restoration/modification, complete with 383 tuned port injected motor, air ride suspension, custom interior and exterior. The Truck received many 1st place award in (full custom truck category) and was featured in several Magazines. Donald also converted a 1993 Toyota Pickup to run on only Electricity. The Gas engine and related components where removed. a electric motor, 24 6 volt batteries. and controllers where installed. The truck had a range of 60 miles per charge and had a top speed over 90 MPH.

Sandy joined our team August 1997.  Coming from manufacturing work background, repairs and service has made her feel right at home at Leo and Son Garage.  She is a friendly and knowledgeable asset to our Company.  Having a Husband who is an automobile enthusiast himself, has given Sandy a rich background in hot rods and show car restorations of which she helped restore his 1972 Chevy pickup to show winning quality.  Car show and car swap meets took up much of her weekends.
