The case presented here is a 70 year old independent AAA approved garage verses a dealership's service department. Prior to both jobs on our 2010 Honda Odyssey, we had very expensive estimates on extensive work recommended by a local Honda dealership's service department. In both situations, we felt more comfortable trusting Leo & Son's rather than the Dealership's Service staff. Why? Because, the reasons Leo is better: 1. They took photos of problems. 2. I felt better informed. 3. An itemized estimate on a computer was given. 4. Leo had a customer lounge with refreshments, wifi, and smart phone charging outlets similar to the Dealership. 5. Leo's service team found incomplete recommendations from the Dealership. I would recommend Leo & Son to anyone!

Service was good as usual there was one thing - I was given a 3 o’clock appointment a week ago but when I got in they said they didn’t see it and that they don’t give appointments past 2:30 PM this was perplexing even the day before I had called and asked if I could come in earlier that day before and they said there were no appointments earlier available but they did see my 3 o’clock appointment but when I was at the desk for my assigned time they said they didn’t see my 3 o’clock appointment - meant a little bit more waiting and was confusing to me. I almost felt like they thought I was making it up but I wasn’t how about my 3 o’clock appointment - it was even seen the day before by whoever I was talking to to try to get in earlier.

They are friendly, and respectful. They explain what needs to be done, if your car needs repairs. I have gone there for many years. I am happy with the work they do. They were recommended by AAA.

I am really impressed with the service. Everyone there is are very professional & upfront. I have taken my car in twice. The first time for brake repair. I received pictures and a follow-up call as to what services needed to be done, along with the pricing options. They finished the car about 2hrs prior then they approximated. Very satisfied! The second time I had a minor repair issue and they were able to accomodate me, even though I did not have an appointment. I will definitely recommend Leo & Son's garage and plan to bring my car back for all of my future car repairs.

Leo & Son Garage Inc. are a great garage who really know what they are doing. I have recommended they over and over to people. Just this last month I sent 3 people to them.
